1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ukb9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service available on the ukb9 platform, accessible at https://ukb9.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any page of the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ukb9. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

ukb9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one account on ukb9. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ukb9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason.

4 Deposits and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on ukb9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your ukb9 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, as part of ukb9's anti-money laundering controls.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete ukb9's KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months showing your registered address;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain winnings that would not have been obtainable under normal operating conditions — any winnings obtained via exploitation of a technical error are void;

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ukb9 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
